This page is just to share a game ready model of a PowerA Fusion Pro Wired Xbox One Controller I recently made. I did the modeling in Maya, with parts of the high poly mesh done in ZBrush. Then I did all of the baking in Marmoset Toolbag 4 and the texturing in Substance Painter.
This asset is to be used in an AR/VR application, so my focus was on creating a nice high poly mesh and a highly-optimized low poly mesh, then leaning heavily into baking to capture finer details, like the holes and metal rings around all of the buttons.
The final asset is just under 4.3k tris with a single 2k PBR texture. There was a lot of deceptively difficult curvature with this model, but I'm happy with how it turned out! Check out the model in greater detail in the viewer below.
