In high school I painted a pair of Vans that was inspired by my Southern Californian hometown. Then after a summer study abroad experience in Florence in 2018, I painted another pair to commemorate that. Graduating from Brown University prompted a third pair. Now I want to design a pair of shoes for every place that becomes meaningful to me!
Encinitas Shoes (2016)

One side of the shoes features classic SoCal food including In-N-Out, Mexican, and avocados

The other side of course features the beach

And the back features signs from prominent streets
Florence Shoes (2018)

The tops of the shoes features the gorgeous cathedral in the middle of the city

One side of the shoes shows delicious food from the city. The other show the Ponte Vecchio.

The back features the David sculpture and some famous Florence artists on one shoe, and some of the wares seen at the leather markets on the other.
Brown University Shoes (2021)

One side of the shoe features some of my favorite eateries on Thayer St.

The downtown Providence skyline is depicted on this side of the shoe

Brown Women's Rugby was one of the best things that happened at Brown, so it deserved a whole side to itself
